Highly Experienced in both domestic and commercial drainage. Matt started working for Clearmasters over 13 years ago, building himself a very good reputation amongst many of our clients. In 2015 he moved to a position within our office controlling the movements of our fleet of tankers. Since his move into the office, Matt has become a director of the company helping to ensure the continued growth of Clearmasters for many years to come.
Julie has been working for Clearmasters for over 20 years. She has achieved an OCR Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage and controls the company’s finances and transport legalities from our office base in Betchworth. Julie is a director of Clearmasters (Environmental) Ltd. Working alongside Matt in our office, Julie is a key figure in ensuring that we continue to provide the high levels of customer service we strive to achieve.
Daniel joined us in 2017 in a bid to help us during a time of expansion. His background in IT, Development and SEO made him the perfect fit to bolster our management team and quickly established himself as a key figure with in our office, with the words ‘When you get a second Dan, could you just…?’ becoming everyone else’s favourite quote!
In line with our continued growth, we needed an IT specialist to help not only with support but also with our extensive development plans, Wayne ticks both these boxes perfectly. Making the move, after 25+ years, from a similar industry he has hit the ground running and we all cant wait to see what he brings to the table.

Phil with many years of experience in managing a team in the engineering industry has taken up this role to enable us to continue to offer the highest level of service to all of our clients.

Joey joined the team during 2017. Arriving from a LGV tyre fitting company, Joey was already used to working with larger vehicles and with his mechanical knowledge, he has already become a great addition to our team. Joey continued his development and we are proud to announce he has passed his LGV Class 2 driver qualification.
Alex joined our team on a temporary basis to assist the drivers in their work duties during a very busy period for Clearmasters. However, following numerous compliments from our drivers and clients, we were left with no choice but to reward Alex with a full-time contract. We look forward to seeing the continued development of Alex and hope to be able to put him through his LGV class 2 driving test in the future.
With over a decade’s worth of experience in liquid waste removal and an extremely good reputation within our industry, the addition of Wayne is another important step forward in the growth of Clearmasters. We hope to utilise Wayne’s knowledge to further enhance the already exceptional service we provide our domestic and commercial clients.

Daryl joined Clearmasters near the end of 2018 and has already cemented himself as a valuable member of the team. Coming from a background in construction Daryl is keen to get stuck in and not afraid to get his hands dirty, just make sure you don’t get his hair wet... he doesn’t like that!
